The Buyer benefits from a withdrawal period of (14) clear days for the goods (from acceptance of the purchase contract with the seller FRANCO PIECES) as well as the cancellation of the order. To cancel their order within the withdrawal period of (14) working days, the Buyer must notify the site www.francopieces.com by mail or by e-mail at contact@francopieces.com .

Reimbursement of payment for the purchase will be made as soon as possible and no later than (30) days from receipt of the cancellation confirmation letter and/or e-mail.
