Limescale buildup in the heating system. To avoid damage to the heating system, we recommend that you descale the device promptly. We recommend using our rapid descaler (00311506) . Be sure to use these products according to the directions on the package.

A malfunction has been detected in the filling system or water inlet system. Check the water inlet (circulation via angle valve, supply hose not twisted). A malfunction has been detected in the filling system or water inlet system. Check the water inlet (circulation via angle valve, supply hose not twisted). If the problem recurs, this probably indicates a device malfunction. This malfunction can only be corrected by a technician, we recommend that you contact our repair service.

Dishwasher error E18: what to do?
A) Kinked supply hose. Check that the supply hose is installed without kinks.
B) The filters of the water connection of the supply pipe or AquaStop are clogged. - Clean the filters of the water supply pipe. Warning: The AquaStop safety device includes a solenoid valve, do not immerse it in water.
Instructions :
1. Close the tap.
2. Detach the hose from the faucet.
3. Clean the filters using a small brush.
4. In the case of devices without AquaStop device, also detach the hose from the back of the device. Remove the filter using pliers and clean it.
5. Reattach the hose and check for leaks.
C) Clogged or scaled faucet, resulting in water pressure being too low. Check the water pressure directly at the faucet using a bucket. Approximately 10 liters of water per minute should flow from the fully open tap. Contact your installer if the water pressure is too low.

Dishwasher error E25: what to do?
The pump is clogged with foreign objects or the pump cover is not properly secured.
Cleaning the pump:
1. Set the program selector to OFF. Unplug the mains plug. Caution: The pump may be blocked by pieces of glass. You risk cutting yourself.
2. Remove the filters.
3. Remove the pump cover.
4. Remove all foreign bodies.
5. Check that the pump impeller rotates freely.
6. Replace the pump cover by locking or screwing it securely.
7. Readjust the filters correctly and secure them if necessary.
My dishwasher shows a faucet symbol on the display
1. Bent or clogged pipe
Check the dishwasher water inlet hose and untwist it if necessary.
2. Insufficient water pressure
Check the water pressure directly at the faucet using a bucket. About 10 liters of water per minute should normally flow from the tap when it is fully opened. Contact your installer if the water pressure is too low.
3. Clogged filter
If the filters present in the connection to the water inlet or the AquaStop pipe are blocked, try cleaning the filter in the inlet pipe.
